Our story began with a vision to address the fragmented and inefficient HR systems faced by modern workplaces. Founded by industry veterans who have led HR functions at some of India's largest companies, Simpli Group combines deep expertise and innovative technology to transform how organizations manage their people.
Our goal at Simpli is to create a common platform for all HR functions and touch points which are scattered across the organization. Our creative dashboard ensures that work is made easy, efficient, and fun in every possible way so that workers’ attention can be directed towards important things as well as managers’.
With over two decades of HR experience, we’ve witnessed the transition from fixed workplaces to environments that maximize employee productivity. Our founders Rajneesh Singh, Saurabh Saxena, P. S. Babu, Saurabh Khandelwal and Rishi Khiani together with our dedicated team set out to create a solution which streamlines every part of employer and employee’s day while adding delight to the overall journey
